Returns Within 7 Days

If you are not satisfied with your tree when you receive it, you may return it within 7 days of receipt for a:

• Replacement
• Exchange
• Full refund

Please contact us before sending an item back so we can provide the appropriate return instructions.

Items Purchased in Error

A 20% restocking fee applies when trees or hard goods purchased in error are returned for credit or exchange.

Customer-Caused Damage

Our return policy does not apply to products that have been damaged by the customer after delivery.
