Tree was of decent size, but styling/branch selection during development was disappointing. Initial bend was at ground level, providing an awkward base. First branch was on the inside of a bend, and apex development was poor. Years of thread grafts and possibly ground layer ahead. For the money and age of the tree, was expecting something closer to a specimen tree.
As usual from Green Bonsai the tree arrived well packed and moist. Great root structure

It's a hard plastic (doesn't really look like plastic) and a nice brown color. Perfect for my upcoming bonsai forest! It arrived timely and in good condition.
